The Tutorial System is implemented to provide academic guidance, mentoring, and personal support to students for their overall development. Under this system, each faculty member is assigned a group of students to monitor their academic performance, attendance, discipline, and participation in curricular and co-curricular activities.

Regular tutorial and mentoring sessions are conducted to help students identify their strengths, overcome academic difficulties, and achieve their educational and career goals. The system encourages open communication between teachers and students, enabling students to discuss academic, personal, and career-related concerns in a supportive and student-friendly environment.

The Tutorial System also strengthens the relationship between the institution, students, and parents by ensuring continuous guidance, counselling, and progress evaluation. Through proper mentoring and motivation, the system promotes academic excellence, confidence, discipline, leadership qualities, and holistic development among students.
