Admission
- Admissions to UG and PG programmes are conducted through the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) of Kannur University.
- Candidates must produce all required certificates and remit the prescribed fees at the time of admission.
- Admission obtained through false information will be cancelled and fees forfeited.
- A tutorial system is followed to guide students in academic and personal matters.
Remittance of Fees
- Tuition fees shall be paid in three instalments along with other applicable fees.
- Absence is not considered a valid reason for delay in fee payment.
- Eligible students from SC/ST/OEC and other categories may avail fee concessions as per Government norms.
Caution Deposit
- Caution deposit must be paid at the time of admission.
- It will be refunded after course completion, subject to deductions (if any).
- Refund requires submission of application along with original receipt.
- Unclaimed deposits within the stipulated time will be forfeited.
Transfer Certificate
- Application for Transfer Certificate (TC) must be submitted in advance.
- Conduct certificate is issued along with TC after course completion.
Attendance & Leave
- Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory for university examinations.
- Leave must be applied in the prescribed format.
- Absence beyond 10 days without leave may lead to removal from rolls.
- Medical certificate is required for leave exceeding 5 days.
Examinations
- Regular tests and examinations are conducted for evaluation.
- Malpractice is considered a serious offence and will be strictly dealt with.
Discipline & Conduct
- Students must maintain discipline, dignity, and respectful behaviour at all times.
- Proper dress code must be followed within the campus.
- Smoking, ragging, and misconduct are strictly prohibited.
- Damage to college property must be compensated.
- Participation in unauthorized activities is not allowed.
Identity Card
- Students must carry their identity cards at all times on campus.
- ID cards must be produced for all official purposes.
Hostel & Campus Rules
- Hostel students must follow hostel timings and regulations.
- Mobile phone usage on campus is strictly prohibited as per rules.
- Wearing of identity tags is mandatory within the campus.
Note: The Principal holds the authority to take disciplinary action, including expulsion, against students who violate college rules.
